Thanks for a superb review & accompanying philosophical ruminations. The film sounds as challenging as it is interesting though I suspect I'll go the easy route & opt for Oppenheimer.

Julie, as I won’t be going to the Festival (health issues) you did make it come alive for me. What were your thoughts about the “walking through the set” contrivance. It sounds almost Danish!

Sorry to hear about the health issues David. Yes a Brechtian contrivance, like I said. It didn't feel like it was tossed in for the sake of being Brechtian. There was a point to it. So on balance it worked.
